What is Depths: Family for?

Depths: Family is a conversation companion — it surfaces prompts meant for parents, kids, and extended family to answer together. Use it at the table, on a walk, or whenever you want more than surface-level chat.

Does the app need an internet connection?

For normal use, Depths: Family is designed to work fully on your device without accounts or cloud features. You should not need a network connection to browse prompts and host a session with your family.

Is my family's data collected?

No personal data is collected by us for advertising or analytics. Anything you enter during a session stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app crashed or something looks wrong — what should I do?

Try force-quitting the app and opening it again. If the problem continues, update to the latest iOS version and check the App Store for an app update. Still stuck? Email us (below) with what you were doing when it happened.

How do I report a bug or contact support?

Email support@oxlg.com with a short description of what happened, your device model, and the iOS version if you have it handy. Screenshots help a lot.
