This privacy policy applies to all apps published by this independent developer. Published apps include Blitz, Depths: Family, Depths: Friends, and Depths: Couples. If additional apps are released in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect any differences.
Information We Collect
None. Our apps do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you. There are no user accounts, no logins, and no analytics or tracking SDKs of any kind.
How We Use Information
Because we do not collect any information, there is nothing for us to use, share, or sell.
Data Storage
Any in-app data — such as game settings, player names entered for a session, scores, streak history, or conversation preferences — is stored locally on your device only. None of this data leaves your device, and it is removed when you delete the app.
Third-Party Services
Our apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social SDKs. The apps do not make outbound network connections as part of normal use. Same-device experiences (for example, passing one device between players in Blitz) happen entirely on that device — no internet connection is required or used for core features.
Children's Privacy
Our apps do not collect any information from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and there is no mechanism within the app for any user to provide personal data to us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example to reflect new apps we release or changes in regulation. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted within the app or on this site.
